Simply Sweet
Simply Sweet offers a variety of decorating classes at the store location. The following are some of the classes that we offer:
Course I (Monday & Tuesday): Basic decorating techniques. Learn borders, icing roses, writing, floral sprays, stars & shells, figure piping and more.
Course II (Monday & Tuesday): Flowers and more. Learn royal icing, color flow, basket weave, rosebuds, lilies of the valley, flower nail flowers and more.
Course III (Monday & Tuesday): Fondant and tiered cakes. Learn string work & ruffles, lily nail flowers, tiered cake assembly and more.
Petite Sugar Eggs: Start a new family tradition. Learn to make beautiful "peek inside" sugar eggs.
Assorted Gum Paste Flowers: Learn to make incredibly life-like and delicate gum paste flowers and leaves. Learn the techniques and how to use tools for creating flowers with gum paste.
Rolled Fondant: Dazzle your friends and family with elegant look of a rolled fondant cake. Learn the techniques and how to use tools for decorating with rolled fondant.
Fondant Bows: Learn to make beautiful fabric bows to accent your elegant rolled fondant cakes.
Gingerbread Course I: It's time to begin a festive tradition for you and your family. In just one 2 hr class you will construct a gingerbread house. They're easy, and fun to decorate.
Gingerbread Course II: Learn how to make, bake, construct and decorate in incredible edible gingerbread house. Wow your family and friends with this timeless tradition.
Class Registration
Register early for our classes as they
are limited in size. We do not overfill them as we like to keep our class size
small so each student can get individual attention. They are filled on a first
come basis and the entire fee must be paid at registration. Your fee is not
refundable or transferable to another class, unless we are notified 5 days in
advance of class. A class can be cancelled or postponed if there is not the
minimum number of students. If a class is cancelled or postponed, students have
the option of canceling and their money will be refunded or it can be applied
to another class. Some classes need supplies. Students will be told when they
sign up what supplies are needed. Class sizes are
limited to 8 students. These spots are given to the
first 8 students that pay, we do not hold spots over the phone.
